Borscht is more than just a food item for Ukrainians. There are, in fact, a plethora of variances that vary from area to area and from family to family. Made with diced boiled egg and luxurious spinach, this is a green borscht. Green borscht appears rather different with its light broth and bright green and yellow ingredients. However, it has the characteristic sour tone of any borscht and comes with a big dollop of sour cream, just like any other.
